In the result of necessary investigatory actions conducted in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee circumstances of inflicting heavy bodily damage to 32 year-old resident of Lori region were found. On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against another resident of the same region.

Pursuant to initial data, on July 22, 2017 at about 13:30 a row erupted between fellow villagers over mowing grass during which the person having committed the alleged crime hit the fellow villager, 32 year-old man on the head willfully inflicting heavy damage.

A criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Lori Regional Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against the resident of Lori region for inflicting fellow villager heavy bodily damage. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
