Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on murder of 24 year-old Levon Buniatyan was completed in Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee. Levon Buniatyan’s body was found on October 11, 2014 at about 8:20 in Qanaqer at the railway.
 

In the result of investigatory and procedural measures taken in the framework of the criminal case the circumstances and the motive of crime were found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

Through investigation it was found that while serving his term in “Abovyan” penitentiary of RA Ministry of Justice L. Buniatyan got acquainted with the resident of Yerevan T. Galustov and after being released he went on communicating with him.
 

Getting informed that the latter’s friend was engaged in trade of golden jewelry the injured party reached agreement with his friend and T. Galustov on lending golden jewels from him to have double income.
 

According to investigation data there was a disagreement on money issue between the young men in future.
 

On October 11, 2014 at about 01:00 L. Buniatyan and T. Galustov argued on money issue in the taxi in the presence of the driver.
 

According to the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation T. Galustov, thinking that he had been cheated, shot at the left temporal part of the head of Levon Buniatyan who was sitting on the right front seat of the car. As a result, L. Buniatyan died of the acute disorder of vitally important functions of the brain.
 

L. Buniatyan’s body was taken to the area next to the military unit located in Tsarav Aghbyur Str. in the same taxi where he fired one more test shot at L. Buniatyan’s occipital part, left the body at the railway and went in the taxi.
 

On the base of the evidence obtained during pretrial proceeding T. Galustov was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Detainment was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
 

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation. The bill of indictment was confirmed and the case was sent to the court.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
