In the framework of the criminal case investigated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee the circumstances of inflicting the resident of Vanadzor H. Margaryan heavy bodily damage were found.
 

On 28 December, 2014 at 21:10 Bazum Station of Vanadzor of RA Police received a call from the reception of “Vanadzor medical center” CJSC informing that on the same day the resident of Vanadzor, Huyrat Margaryan was taken to hospital with cut-pierced wounds.
 

During the preparation of materials it was found that the citizen was inflicted a heavy bodily damage on 28 December, 2014 at about 20:00 during the row which took place at the War Memorial located at the end of Nairi Street of Vanadzor. The person having committed the apparent crime stabbed numerous times at his back, head, neck and hands with intend to inflict him heavy bodily damage.
 

On 07 January, 2015 a criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee pursuant to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
 

The person having committed the apparent crime was identified. He was pressed a charge according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. Imprisonment was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
