Investigation is conducted within the criminal case initiated in the First Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 6 and 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 119 of RA Criminal Code to find out circumstances of apparently causing strong physical pain and mental sufferance to the child.

On January 31, 2022 the citizen submitted a report in the RA Police informing that from 2019 to 2021 her daughter, born in 2016, visited a kindergarten located in Yerevan where cruel attitude was shown to her due to the fact that the child's father was of Pakistani nationality.

The conduction of preliminary investigation of the criminal case was assigned to the investigative group.
