On May 26 at 18:30 the servicemen of the unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense Harutyun Yurik Hovagimyan and Karen Ashot Ghazaryan in a car of “Kamaz 43114” make transported food to one of the combat positions of the protection area of the same unit located at the RA southern – eastern direction, after which, while returning from the position, contact with them was lost. In the result of searching work the car, with the engine running, was found on the way to the combat position - at the area behind the positions of the RA Armed Forces. One rifle of AK-74 model was found in the car but the mentioned two servicemen were not found.
 

Pursuant to initial data, the armed group of the rival crossed the RA border and kidnapped the servicemen.
 

Considering that there are data of illegally crossing the RA state border, kidnapping servicemen, taking them to another place against their will or ignoring their will committed by the servicemen of the armed forces of Azerbaijan, a criminal proceeding was initiated according to the Points 1, 5, 6, 9 of the Part 2 of the Article 191, the Point 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 469 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Procedural and evidentiary necessary actions are conducted to find out circumstances of illegally crossing the RA border and kidnapping servicemen by the servicemen of the armed forces of Azerbaijan.
