Criminal Proceeding Initiated on Illegally Entering Unit, Committing Hooliganism
A report was received in the Ninth Garrison Investigative Unit of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee pursuant to which on September 16, 2022 at about 23:55 the resident of Ararat region illegally entered the area of the unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense then scolded the staff of the mentioned unit and the army near the control checkpoint.
A criminal proceeding was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 468 and the Part 1 of the Article 297 of RA Criminal Code. The resident of Ararat region was arrested.
Within the framework of the criminal proceeding necessary measures are taken to find out all circumstances of illegally entering the unit, committing hooliganism.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
