Gor Araqelyan pressed additional charge

In the framework of the criminal case being investigated in Kentron Investigative Division of Yerevan Investigative Department on the armed incident which took place on 17 May, 2014 at the entrance of the underground parking lot of the house 18/2, Vardanants St., Yerevan, an additional charge was pressed against Gor Araqelyan who was involved as a defendant. A new charge has been pressed against him today.
 

According to the evidence obtained during the pre-trial proceeding on 17 May, 2014 at about 13:20 at the entrance of the underground parking lot of the house 18/2, Vardanants St., Yerevan, Gor Araqelyan accused of committing the apparent crime willfully attempted to deprive Valerik Hovhannisyan and Nerses Melqonyan from life committed in a way dangerous for many people’s life, he also inflicted heavy damage to Mnatsakan Suqiasyan and Myasnik Hayrapetyan’s health dangerous for life, and medium-gravity damage to Alvina Badalyan’s health causing protracted health disorder.

On the base of the obtained evidence 2 more additional charges were pressed against Gor Araqelyan.
 

Besides the previous charges for murder attempt and illegal carrying of weapons and ammunition pursuant to the Points 1, 6 and 10 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code, a new charge has been pressed against him for inflicting heavy damage to the health of 2 and more people, and a medium-gravity damage to the health of 1 person according to the Points 1, 5 and 9 of the part 2 of the Article 112, and Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
