A criminal case was initiated in Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on the incident that took place at the crossroad of Hartavan-Shenavan villages.
 

On March 19, 2017 a call was received informing that A. Asatryan and M. Hovsepyan with cut-pierced wounds were taken to “Aparan’s Medical Center”.
 

Through investigation it was found that on March 19, 2017 at about 22:50 a row erupted on minor issues at the crossroad of Hartavan-Shenavan villages of Yerevan-Vanadzor highway. During the argument the residents of Quchak and Arai villages sustained bodily injuries; two persons sustained bodily injury with a blunt item, two persons – with a cutting-piercing item. In the result of argument the traffic of the highway, as well as the work of the gas station operating at the same place was disrupted.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to find all circumstances of the case, the frame of those involved, to personalize the actions of each of them.
