Not greeting became a cause of row which resulted in infliction of heavy bodily damage
The circumstances and motive of inflicting heavy bodily damage to the citizen G. Sargsyan were found in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee.
By the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation it was found that on January 30, 2015 at about 20:00 the injured citizen G. Sargsyan went to his friend’s house where the citizen E. Zeynalyan also was. A row erupted because of not greeting each other during which the latter took a knife out of his pocket stabbed at G. Sargsyan’s chest twice inflicting him heavy bodily damage.
On the base of the evidence obtained during pretrial proceeding E. Zeynalyan was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor implementing supervision over the legality of preliminary investigation. The bill of indictment was confirmed and the case was sent to the court.
