Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on arrogation by use of violence was completed in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee; charge was pressed against the President of “Flesh” LLC Barsegh Beglaryan and the director of the base of “Flesh” LLC H. Hovsepyan.

Pursuant to actual data obtained in pretrial proceeding, in 2015 swindling of property in particularly large amount was committed from “Flesh Motors” LLC which belongs to N. Beglaryan. The owner of the company and his relatives blamed the former commercial director for it and demanded to restore the allegedly caused property damage.

Through comprehensive investigation it was grounded that on March 28, 2016 at about 09:30 in the conference hall of “Flesh Motors” LLC N. Beglaryan's father - the owner of “Flesh” LLC Barsegh Beglaryan together with the director of “Qanaqer” base of “Flesh” LLC H. Hovsepyan  blamed the former commercial director of the company for squandering.

In order to restore the damage caused, instead of applying to law enforcement bodies and receiving the compensation of the damage caused by apparent swindling as prescribed by law by use of violence, as well as by threatening to use violence dangerous for life and health they demanded to rename the latter’s flat located at Azatutyun Avenue, Yerevan or to pay 20.000 USD.

As a result, on April 25, 2016 the former commercial director pledged the flat which was his own property and transferred 9.700.000 AMD to the company.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against the President of “Flesh” LLC Barsegh Beglaryan and the director of “Qanaqer” base of “Flesh” LLC H. Hovsepyan according to the Part 2 of the Article 322 of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against the director of “Qanaqer” base of “Flesh” LLC H. Hovsepyan. By the decision of November 3, 2018 signature not to leave used as a pretrial measure against the President of “Flesh” LLC Barsegh Beglaryan was abolished and personal guarantee was used as a pretrial measure.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
