Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on kidnapping the citizen ongoing

Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on kidnapping the citizen A. M. by a group of persons with prior agreement is ongoing in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee.
 

Taking the public interest into consideration we inform that the mentioned criminal case was initiated in July, 2014 in the framework of which in September, 2014 a charge was pressed against Roman Gasparyan.
 

Preliminary investigation is under way. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive and complete examination of the case.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
