Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on violence against N. and H. Samsonyans, T. Sargsyan is ongoing in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department. Necessary investigatory and procedural measures are taken to find the frame of the persons having committed the apparent crime.
 

It was earlier informed that the citizens N. and H. Samsonyans, T. Sargsyan submitted a written report informing that on March 23, 2015 at about 02:00 the person (persons) having committed the apparent crime hit at the head and several parts of bodies of N. and H Samsonyans, T. Sargsyan with sticks and brass knuckles in the administrative district of Avan. As a result the latters were inflicted heavy bodily damages.  

In the framework of the criminal case initiated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts forensic examinations were appointed to find the gravity degree of injuries inflicted to the injured citizens.

Taking the public interest into consideration we inform that the results of the forensic examinations conducted against N. and H. Samsonyans were received. According to the assessment of the experts, in the result of the injuries H. Samsonyan was inflicted medium gravity injury, in order to finally determine the gravity degree of the injury inflicted to N. Samsonyan, 21 days later the latter was invited for additional examination by the experts.
 

One person was involved as a defendant. Necessary investigatory and procedural measures are taken to provide the comprehensive examination of the circumstances of the case, to identify the persons having committed the apparent crime.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
