Row on calling “bull” resulted in murder of a 45 year-old man

Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on 45 year-old A. Parsamyan’s murder was completed in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee.
 

On November 6, 2014 at about 22:20 a call was received from ambulance service station informing that a body of a 45 year-old man was found at the house 1, 2d alley, Upper Shengavit. The operative-investigative group and the forensic expert who had left for the scene had found a cut-pierced wound at the lateral surface of the left lower part of the chest of the body.
 

In the result of investigatory and procedural measures circumstances of murder were found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

By the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation it was found that on November 6, 2014 at about 21:00 the 26 year-old A. Azatyan being drunk in his house argued with his neighbor – 45 year-old A. Parsamyan for calling him a “bull” during which with the intend of illegal willful deprivation of life he stabbed at the left part of his abdomen with a kitchen knife inflicting him injuries incompatible with life.
 

On the base of the evidence obtained during pretrial proceeding A. Azatyan was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Imprisonment was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
 

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation. The bill of indictment was confirmed and the case was sent to the Court of First Instance of Shengavit.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
