Stabbing of 12th grade schoolboy revealed; search declared
A criminal case was initiated in Tumanyan Investigative Division of Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on inflicting heavy bodily damage to a 12th grade student on January 2, 2017.
On January 2 a call was received from “Alaverdi” medical center informing that 12th grade student H. Hakobyan with a diagnosis of “cut-pierced penetrating wound on the left shoulder” was taken to medical center. In the result of investigatory actions it was found that the student sustained the mentioned injury during the argument that took place at a café.
A criminal case was initiated in Tumanyan Investigative Division of Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on inflicting heavy bodily damage to the minor and necessary investigatory actions were conducted to find all circumstances of the case. As a result, the motive of the argument was found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
According to initial data, on the day of the incident the schoolboy together with his classmates took part in the party on the occasion of New Year during which other boys entered the café and ordered beer but the waiter informed him that it was a private party and orders from other customers were not accepted. The boys stayed at the café and a row erupted between them and schoolboys. The argument went on outside -near the café during which the person having committed the apparent crime stabbed the schoolboy H. Hakobyan on the left shoulder with a cutting-piercing item inflicting the latter heavy bodily damage then escaped.
Through preliminary investigation sufficient evidence were obtained on the person having committed the apparent crime and on January 5 a decision was made to involve him as a defendant according to the Point 9 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code and search was declared.
Relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked to take measures to find the wanted and bring him to the investigative body.
