In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee charge was pressed against 54 year-old M. Poghosyan for murder of the Head of Legal Department of the bank H. Atanyan.

Through preliminary investigation the motive of the crime, as well as a number of circumstances significant for the criminal case was found.

On the base of the obtained evidence on November 26 charge was pressed against M. Poghosyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.

On the same day the investigator submitted a motion to the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts to use detention as a pretrial measure against him. The motion was sufficed.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Other information found in the framework of the criminal case shall not be published at this stage of preliminary investigation.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
