A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on inflicting heavy bodily damage to two residents of the village of Gargar of the region of Lori.
 

On 15 January, 2015 at 04:40 the police station of Stepanavan received a call from medical center of Stepanavan informing that the residents of the village of Gargar S. Shahverdyan and L. Harutyunyan with wounds on the lower part of the chest were taken to the medical center.
 

On the same day L. Harutyunyan submitted a written report telling that on 15 January, 2015 at about 02:00 his friend Samvel Shahverdyan and he were driving on Vanadzor-Spitak road in “Opel-Vectra A” which belonged to his friend, when a stranger of 25-30 years old stopped them and asked to transport him to Spitak.
 

A row erupted on the mentioned issue in which three or four strangers interfered. During the row one of them stabbed at his and S. Shahverdyan’s abdomens inflicting each of them cut-pierced bodily damage.
 

On 15 January, 2015 a criminal case was initiated in Stepanavan Investigative Division of Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. By the decision of the head of Lori Regional Investigative Department an investigative group has been formed.
 

During preliminary investigation inspection of the scene has been implemented, a number of witnesses have been questioned, forensic examinations have been appointed. Necessary measures are taken to reveal the crime.
