21 year-old man inflicted heavy bodily damage
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department on inflicting a 21 year-old man heavy bodily damage.
On April 13, 2015 at 21:20 a call was received from “Malatia” medical center informing that the 21 year-old resident of Yerevan A. Khachikyan with a diagnosis of “cut-pierced penetrating wound at the abdomen – damage of liver” was taken to the medical center.
On April 13 a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
After being operated the injured citizen was not able to give testimony or answer the questions.
Forensic examinations have been appointed.
Necessary investigatory and procedural actions are taken to find all the circumstances of infliction of heavy damage, as well as to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
