In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee the circumstances of stabbing the 21 year-old man were found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

On April 13, 2015 at 21:20 a call was received from “Malatia” medical center informing that the resident of Yerevan, 21 year-old A. Khachikyan with cut-pierced penetrating wound – damage of liver was taken to hospital.
 

On the same day a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. After the operation the 21 year-old men was not able to give testimony or answer the questions.
 

During preliminary investigation necessary investigatory and procedural actions have been conducted, numerous witnesses have been interrogated. It was found that A. Khachikyan was inflicted bodily injury on April 13, 2015 at about 19:30 near the school N 111. Through investigation it was found that A. Khachikyan met 5-6 strangers near the chemists’ in Lukashin Str. Then they began arguing on the remark sounded in his address. In order to make clarification and continue the talk they went to the back yard of the school N 111. The talk turned into scuffle during which A. Khachikyan was inflicted bodily injury with a cutting-piercing object.
 

In the result of investigatory actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case on April 20, 2015 the minor, 15 year-old boy surrendered himself to the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee and was arrested. He confessed that he stabbed A. Khachikyan during the row that took place on April 13, 2015 for scolding. After it the minor went to his grandmother’s place. During preliminary investigation forensic examinations were appointed. Inspection of the site was conducted by his participation.
 

Based on the obtained evidence the minor was charged with inflicting A. Khachikyan heavy bodily damage. Taking into consideration that the accused is a minor and surrendered himself to the investigative body and there is no ground to suspect that he can escape from investigation, giving him under supervision of the parent was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive and complete examination of the case.
