In the framework of the criminal case on death of soldier Harutyun Hambaryan charge pressed against another soldier of the same unit
Based on the obtained evidence D. Harutyunyan was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 359 and the Part 1 of the Article 360 (2 counts) of RA Criminal Code.

A criminal case was initiated in the Third garrison investigative unit of General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on death of serviceman Harutyun Hambaryan.
