A criminal case initiated on hooliganism committed with a weapon near the restaurant “Urartu”
A criminal case was initiated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on hooliganism committed with a weapon near the restaurant “Urartu”.
According to initial data on March 10, 2016 at 19:30 a row erupted near the restaurant “Urartu” located in Khanjyan Street, Gyumri and during the row a shot was fired.
A criminal case was initiated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 4 of the Article 258, the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. An investigatory plan have been worked out, necessary investigatory actions have been taken to find all the circumstances of the case.
During preliminary investigation the car “Lexus” of one of the arguing parties was found crashed in one of the districts of Gyumri.
The two suspects having participated in the row were identified, signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.
Investigation is conducted to find the frame of the participants, to personalize the actions of each of them.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
