A criminal case initiated on involvement of an 8 year-old son into beggary by mother
A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on involving the 8 year-old child into antisocial activity by the resident of Vanadzor town.
From June to August, 2015 the resident of Vanadzor T. Pisareva regularly involved her 8 year-old child into activities related to beggary and disposed the money begged by the child according to her desire.
A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department according to the Part 2 of the Article 166.1 of RA Criminal Code (involvement of a child into activities related to beggary by a parent).
Preliminary investigation is under way. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the case.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
