A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on kidnapping a 23 year-old girl.
 

On March 16, 2015 the resident of Lori region submitted a written report telling that her daughter had been kidnapped by using violence from Mashtots Str., Vanadzor.
 

On March 16, 2015 a criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 131 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Necessary investigative and operative-searching measures were taken in the result of which the location of the kidnapped girl was found, one of the persons having committed the apparent crime was identified. The girl was found on March 16, was appointed an injured party and questioned.
 

On March 18, 2015 the resident of Lori region V. Malaqyan was arrested on suspicion of committing the apparent crime. Measures are taken to identify the other persons having committed the crime, as well as to find all the circumstances of the case.
