A criminal case was initiated in Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder attempt committed by a group of people on Artashat road. Necessary investigatory-operative searching measures are taken to identify the persons having committed the apparent crime, to find the motive.
 

Pursuant to initial data, on May 3, 2017 at about 18:40 on the third km of V. Artashat – Artashat road some unknown persons in the white car of “Lada Priora” make with plate number 777/93 RD pursued the car of “VAZ 2107” make with plate number 44VV443 belonging to the head of Norashen community Norayr Grigoryan which was at that moment driven by the driver Karen Ghazaryan. The unknown persons fired shots towards the driver of “VAZ 2107” and his passenger N. Grigoryan then left the site.
 

As a result, K. Ghazaryan sustained firearm injuries on the upper third part of the left thigh, on the left leg and the upper part of the right collarbone and was taken to medical center.  
 

According to the obtained actual data, shots were fired towards the car of “VAZ 2107” make by two persons from the open windows of the front and back right side doors of the car of  “Lada Priora” make.  
 

A criminal case was initiated in Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA investigative Committee according to the Points 1, 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104, the Part 2 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. K. Ghazaryan and N. Grigoryan were found the injured party and were interrogated.  
 

An investigatory plan was worked out, working hypotheses were put forward and necessary investigatory actions are conducted to verify them, the relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked to take operative-searching measures.
 

Forensic medical, forensic biological, as well as forensic trace and forensic ballistic, forensic video-audio-recording complex examinations were commissioned to find a number of circumstances significant for the criminal case.
