A decayed body found at the area of Stepanavan forestry

On November 17, 2015 a call was received informing that a body was found at the area of Stepanavan forestry of “Hayantar” SNCO.

The investigatory-operative group headed by an investigator left for the site. The decayed body the head of which was missing was found at the section 10 of Stepanavan forestry of “Hayantar” SNCO.

Through inspection of the site at the top of the body a piece of belt of 3.5 cm width and 87 cm length was found tied on the tree branch at 2.35 m height.

Urgent investigatory actions are being conducted in Stepanavan Investigative Division of Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to identify the body, to find the cause and circumstances of death.
