In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee necessary measures are taken to find all circumstances of swindling committed in «Yerevan's Care Center for the Elderly N 1» SNCO, to find all those involved; charge was pressed against 4 people.

The criminal case initiated on swindling committed in «Yerevan's Care Center for the Elderly N 1» SNCO was received in the RA IC Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department on February 2, 2018, an investigatory plan was worked out and in the result of investigatory and other procedural actions a number of circumstances of the case, the mechanism were found, 4 people involved in swindling were identified.

Particularly, through preliminary investigation data were obtained on the allegation that in 2017 several people were formally formulated for free positions in «Yerevan's Care Center for the Elderly N 1» SNCO who did not come to work, but salaries were calculated and transferred in their names which were cashed and managed by other people.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against 4 people according to the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 179 of RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing, measures are taken to identify all those involved in swindling and to give appropriate criminal-legal assessment to the activities of each of them.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
