Arrested on suspicion of inflicting grave damage through negligence

In the framework of the criminal case investigated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee Karen Yeritsyan was arrested on suspicion of inflicting grave damage through negligence to the resident of Alaverdi, Levon Nalbandyan.

It was earlier informed that Levon Nalbandyan born in 1993 was taken to the medical center with firearm injuries on both legs. According to the initial data L. Nalbandyan sustained the mentioned damage in the result of the shot fired by the resident of Alaverdi.

K. Yeritsyan is suspected of committing a crime envisaged by the Part 1 of the Article 120 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
