A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on stabbing 25 year-old young man, the suspect was arrested.
 

On February 15, 2017 at 15:00 a call was received from medical center “Saint Gregory the Illuminator” informing that a 25 year-old resident of Yerevan with a diagnoses of “cut-pierced wound on the right part of the chest, right arm” was taken to medical center.
 

On the same day a criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Norq administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code, the 25 year-old man was found the injured.
 

In the result of urgent investigatory actions a number of circumstances were found.
 

According to preliminary investigation data the person having committed the apparent crime was identified, he is a resident of Yerevan born in 1982. Through his personal search a jackknife was found and confiscated.
 

The 34 year-old man was arrested, he pled that he had stabbed the injured twice.
 

Forensic medical, forensic biological and forensic trace, forensic criminological and forensic micro particle complex examinations were commissioned.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Measures are taken to find all circumstances of the case.
