By the instruction of the RA IC Chairman Hayk Grigoryan on February 18, 2020 the IC Deputy Chairman, Head of General Military Investigative Department Artak Krkyasharyan received the relatives of serviceman Tigran Mkhoyan who had died on February 12, 2020.
During the meeting the investigatory and other procedural actions conducted within the criminal case initiated on the incident were discussed.
A. Krkyasharyan assured that all circumstances significant for the criminal case as well as those which the legal successors of the victim were concerned about will be a subject of thorough investigation.
