Deputy Head of General Military Investigative Department Received Dead Serviceman’s Relatives

Deputy Head of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee Gagik Mayilyan received today the parents and representatives of serviceman of unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense Artur Gasparyan who died on May 4, 2018.

During the meeting investigatory and procedural actions conducted within the criminal case initiated on A. Gasparyan’s death, results of preliminary investigation were discussed.

The victim’s legal successors expressed their concerns and considerations about the investigation process of the criminal case.

G. Mayilyan assured that all circumstances significant for the criminal case and concerning the victim’s legal successors will be thoroughly investigated.
