Charge pressed against Martirosyan brothers
In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee initiated on committing hooliganism with weapon and other objects which serve as a weapon in Silikyan district, charge was pressed against three persons.
On the base of the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation charge was pressed against Ashot, Hrachya, Hrant Martirosyans according to the Part 4 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code.
The investigator made a decision on submitting a motion to use detention as a pretrial measure against them to the Court of First Instance of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
