Within the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee charge was pressed against son for murdering his 61 year-old father.

It was earlier informed that on September 29 a man's body with numerous cut-pierced injuries was found in one of the apartments of Davtashen administrative district.

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts. By the decision of the division head S. Grigoryan an investigatory group was formed headed by an investigator of particularly important cases.

Through criminal case sufficient evidence were obtained on the allegation that the man had been inflicted bodily injuries incompatible with life by his son. Charge was pressed against the latter according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. A motion was submitted to court to use detention as a pretrial measure against him which was sufficed.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
