In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on 42 year-old Harutyun Galstyan’s murder the person having committed the apparent crime was identified; on September 21 charge was pressed against him.
 

It was earlier informed that on September 18 at 23:30 a call was received from “Aramyants” medical center informing that Harutyun Galstyan, born in 1974, with diagnosis of “pierced wound on the chest” was taken to medical center, he died in intensive care unit.
 

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code preliminary investigation of which was tasked to an investigatory group.
 

In the result of actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case it was found that H. Galstyan had been inflicted bodily injuries incompatible with life during the argument that took place in the yard of “Aramyants” medical center CJSC by a 42 year-old resident of Yerevan who was identified.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against A. Hovhannisyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code, a motion was submitted to court to use detention as a pretrial measure against him.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of circumstances of the case. Forensic medical, criminological examinations with micro particles, forensic biological examination were commissioned.
