In the result of investigatory actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee the circumstances of murder of 37 year-old Arman Meliqyan were found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

On June 28, 2015 at 21:30 a report was received from “University Hospital N 1 after Mkhitar Heratsi” informing that on the same day at 21:25 an unidentified man of about 35-40 with pierced-cut wound on his left inguinal part was taken to hospital by the ambulance service from the area near the house 4, Qajaznuni Street. The man died on the way to hospital. The murdered man was identified; he was a resident of Yerevan, Arman Meliqyan born in 1977.
 

 A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Voluminous investigatory and procedural actions were conducted to provide the comprehensive, objective and complete examination of the case.
 

In the result of the investigation it was found where A. Meliqyan had been before his death, who he had been with. The motive of the erupted row was also found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

The photo of the alleged suspect was presented to witnesses for recognition. The appropriate subdivisions of the Police were tasked to take measures to find the person having committed the apparent crime and bring him to the investigative body.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
