In the result of the investigatory and procedural measures, taken in the framework of the criminal case initiated in Gegharquniq Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of 44 year-old K. Mneyan, a number of circumstances of murder were found, the persons having committed the apparent crime were identified.
 

On April 5 at about 21:40 a report was received from “Hospital of Sevan” SCSJC informing that the ambulance group left for the watch house of cement delivery center located on the 59^th km of Sevan-Yerevan road, found the body of 44 year-old K. Mneyan and took it to the morgue of the hospital.
 

Through the external inspection of the body traces of violence were found.
 

A criminal case was initiated on murder of K. Mneyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Through preliminary investigation it was found that on April 5, 2015 K. Mneyan took part in sacrificing ceremony organized in one of the restaurants in Sevan town. After the ceremony the latter together with some other persons got into H. Tadevosyan’s car driven by A. Aleqsanyan to go home. A row erupted in the car which then turned into battery. As a result, A. Aleqsanyan who was driving the car changed the direction of the car and drove to the cement delivery center located near the restaurant, Mneyan was forced out of the car and was battered by two persons. K. Mneyan died of bodily injuries at the scene.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence the investigative body made decisions to involve A. Aleqsanyan and H. Tadevosyan as defendants according to the Points 7 and 10 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Imprisonment was chosen as a pretrial measure against them and search was declared.
 

Preliminary investigation is under way. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive and complete examination of the circumstances of the case.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
