Murder in Gegharquniq

A criminal case was initiated in Gegharquniq Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of a 44 year-old man.
 

On April 5 at about 21:40 a report was received from “Hospital of Sevan” SCSJC informing that the ambulance group left for the watch house of cement delivery center located on the 59th km of Sevan-Yerevan road, found the body of 44 year-old K. Mneyan and took it to the morgue of the hospital.
 

Through the external inspection of the body traces of violence were found.
 

A criminal case was initiated on murder of K. Mneyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Forensic examination has been appointed.
 

Preliminary investigation is under way. Measures are taken to find the circumstances of murder, as well as to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
