A criminal case was initiated in the Sixth garrison investigative unit of General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on committing violence against the contractor K. Ananyan by using a weapon. The person having committed apparent crime was identified.
 

Through preliminary investigation it was found that on 2 December, 2014, at about 19:30 in the military position of the unit N of RA Ministry of Defense a row erupted between the monitor of the position, senior lieutenant H. Ghazaryan and the assistant of the monitor, soldier D. Saribekyan.
 

H. Ghazaryan fired shots from the gun attached to him in the result of which the contractor of the same position K. Ananyan was inflicted firearm injury on his left leg.
 

The latter was taken to the Central military hospital of RA Ministry of Defense. At present his life is not in danger.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Sixth garrison investigative unit of General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee pursuant to the Point 3 of the Part 3 of the Article 358 of RA Criminal Code (committing violent actions against the person under him by using a weapon).
 

Preliminary investigation is under way.
 

H. Ghazaryan has been arrested.
