Citizen reported about being kidnapped and deprived of freedom; criminal case initiated
On February 17 A. Oskanyan and H. Siradanyan were arrested on suspicion of committing crime envisaged by the Points 1 and 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 133 of RA Criminal Code.
