Criminal case initiated on fire broken at area of “Khosrov Forest” State Reserve
A criminal case was initiated in Vedi Investigative Division of Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on fire broken out at the area of “Khosrov Forest” State Reserve.
On August 12, 2017 at 12:10 a call was received from fire and rescue service of Vedi informing that on the same day at about 11:30 fire broke at the part called “Zimni” of “Khosrov Forest” and neighboring areas. Pursuant to initial data, vegetated and forested area was burning at the area of 200-250 ha.
A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 297 and the Part 2 of the Article 186 of RA Criminal Code, necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted to find the cause of the fire.
