On the base of the report on theft at pistol and knife point against the employees of the IT office located in Papazyan Street of Yerevan committed by four persons, submitted by the manager of the mentioned office, a criminal proceeding was initiated in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 3, 5 and 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 252 of RA Criminal Code. The manager and the employee of the mentioned office were found the affected party and questioned.

Pursuant to initial data, on July 11, 2022 at about 17:40 four persons with medical masks entered the mentioned office and at pistol-like item and knife point tied the hands and mouths of the manager and the employee of the office with adhesive tapes and plastic reinforcements, pushed them to the ground and beat demanding money. At that moment the latters’ friend entered the office and the persons having committed the alleged crime beat him, as well then fled stealing, pursuant to initial data, 2 mobile phones, a watch, the office manager’s passport, 70000 AMD and 600 USD, driver’s license, golden jewelry, 2 flash drives.

Within the proceeding inspection of the scene was conducted during which a pistol-like item, adhesive tape, plastic reinforcements were found and taken.

Forensic medical and forensic genetic examinations were commissioned, the videos captured by the security cameras located at the scene were confiscated, a number of people were questioned, the relevant subdivision of the RA Police was assigned to take operative-intelligence measures.
