In the framework of the criminal case investigated in Vardenis Investigative Division of Gegharkunik Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee the damage caused by the competent employees of “Neuropsychological Care House of Vardenis” SNCO was completely restored.

It was earlier informed that a criminal case was initiated on apparent abuses in “Neuropsychological Care House of Vardenis” SNCO of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs preliminary investigation of which is conducted in the RA IC Vardenis Investigative Division of Gegharkunik Regional Investigative Department.

Pursuant to preliminary investigation data, SNCO director A. Harutyunyan reaching prior agreement with the storekeeper of the same SNCO V. Nalbandyan sold 1260 kg beef of the meat product provided to the SNCO and they did not enter the money to the account of organization.

Besides, from June 1 to July 17, 2018 about 3.569 l of milk received from the livestock farm of the same organization was also sold and again the money was not entered to the account of organization. The damage caused is 3.069.940 AMD.

On July 19, 2018 the director of “Neuropsychological Care House of Vardenis” SNCO Artak Harutyunyan and storekeeper Vahagn Nalbandyan were arrested.

Today – on July 21 the documents on payment were submitted to the investigative body; the damage caused was restored and 3 million 60 thousand AMD was transferred to the IC deposit account.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
