The delegation of RA Investigative Committee took part in the seminar on “Investigation of Cases on Official Corruption and their Prevention” which was held on May 11 - 15, 2015 in Prague, the Czech Republic.
 

The participants discussed issues on peculiarities of investigation of the mentioned crimes, as well as introduced the national legislation.  
 

The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia was presented at the seminar by 4-member delegation which included Samvel Simonyan, Head of Shirak Regional Investigative Department, Tatul Shushanyan, Head of Lori Regional Investigative Department, Vardan Smbatyan, Head of the Sixth Garrison Unit of General Military Investigative Department, Karen Khachatryan, Head of Vagharshapat Investigative Division of Armavir Regional Investigative Department.
 

In Prague the delegation of RA Investigative Committee also held meetings with the US Ambassador to the Czech Republic, the Chairman of International Independent Organization of Anti-Corruption Monitoring and Working Committee of Struggle Against Corruption. During meetings issues on cooperation, as well as exchange of experience in struggle against crime were discussed.
