A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on the incident that took place in Shiraz Street on August 18.

On the evening of August 18, 2015 in front of the house 30, Shiraz Street, Yerevan a group of persons, brutally violating the public order, argued, beat each other during which one of the participants of the row used a weapon – a rifle. During the mentioned row G. Asatryan born in 1986 was inflicted penetrating injury on the abdomen with a sharp cutting-piercing object.

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code (infliction of willful bodily damage to health), the Part 4 of the Article 258 (hooliganism with weapon) and the Part 1 of the Article 235 (illegal procurement and carrying of weapon and ammunition). An investigatory group was created.

Through the inspection of the scene two shells were found and confiscated.

Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to find all the circumstances of the case, the frame of participants, the participation of each of them, as well as to give an appropriate legal assessment.
