In the framework of the criminal case investigated in Dilijan Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee a number of circumstances and the motive of murder attempt committed against T. Tamrazyan in Haghartsin village were found. Charge was pressed against the person having committed the apparent crime.

According to preliminary investigation data on July 28, 2015 at about 02:00 in the center of the village of Haghartsin the resident of the same village G. Petrosyan shot towards T. Tamrazyan threatening to kill him because of unfriendly relationship between them. In the result of the shot T. Tamrazyan sustained injury on his shoulder. Through investigation it was found that the incident did not continue due to another citizen’s interference.

On October 9, 2015 G. Petrosyan was arrested. The gun of “TOZ-8” model of 5.6 mm caliber which was the crime tool was confiscated.

On the base of the obtained evidence on October 12, 2015 G. Petrosyan was charged according to the Parts 1 of the Article 34-104 and the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. The investigator submitted a motion to the court to use detention as a pretrial measure against him.
