People with Medical Masks Rob Resident of Gyumri; Criminal Case Initiated
On April 8, 2020 at about 08:30 near the houses of the district called “Kazachi Post”of Gyumri, with prior agreement to capture somebody else's property, two persons with medical masks approached a woman, stole her golden jewels and fled.
A criminal case was initiated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 176 (robbery) of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
Necessary investigatory actions are conducted and operative-intelligence measures are taken to find out all circumstances of the case.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
