Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on murder of minor resident of Lori was completed in Stepanavan Investigative Division of Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

It was earlier informed that օn August 28, 2015 a call was received in “Stepanavan Medical Center” CJSC informing that on the same day the resident of Lori region, V. Gevorgyan, born in 1999, was taken to the mentioned medical center with “cut-pierced damage on the frontal part of the abdomen”. He died there without regaining consciousness.
 

According to the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on murder in Stepanavan Investigative Division of Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee the injury incompatible with life was inflicted to V. Gevorgyan by his relative S. Gevorgyan during an argument.
 

According to initial investigation data on August 28, 2015 at about 20:00 Gevorgyans had an argument during which 15 year-old boy hit 23 year-old S. Gevorgyan. In order to revenge for hitting him the latter stabbed V. Gevorgyan on the left frontal part of his abdomen with a knife he had taken with him in advance inflicting penetrating injury with damage of left external artery. 15 year-old boy died of injury he had sustained.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against S. Gevorgyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
 

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to Court of First Instance of Lori.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
