On the base of the evidence obtained in the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department the proceeding of the criminal case initiated on infliction of damage to property of “Sanitek” LLC was terminated.

It was earlier informed that the representative of the Armenian branch of “Sanitek” LLC submitted a written report informing that on June 23, 2015 an unidentified person or persons evacuated about 40 trash bins located in several streets of Kentron administrative district of Yerevan belonging to the Armenian branch of “Sanitek” LLC, took them to Baghramyan Avenue, thus inflicting damage in particularly large amount to the property of the company.

Considering that there is a reason of initiation of a criminal case envisaged by law in the materials prepared on the base of the report, a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts pursuant to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code (willful destruction of somebody’s property which caused significant damage).

During preliminary investigation the trash bins of the Armenian branch of “Sanitek” LLC were confiscated from Baghramyan Street, forensic merchandising expertise was commissioned.

Through investigation it was found that the trash bins were damaged partially and damage inflicted to the company was 25.400 AMD. At the interrogation the representative of the Armenian branch of “Sanitek” LLC told that he had no complaint or demand any longer. In the result of preliminary investigation, the investigator made a decision to terminate the criminal case on the base of absence of crime.
