In the result of investigatory actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case investigated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee circumstances of murder of the residents of Aragatsavan village Artyom Khamoyan and Vardges Galstyan were found, charges were pressed.
 

On February 3, 2016 at 23:45 a report was received from “Talin” medical center informing that two bodies with a firearm injury were taken to medical center in ambulance car.
 

In the result of urgent investigatory actions the murdered were identified, the site where they were inflicted bodily injuries dangerous for life, circumstances, as well as the frame of those having committed the apparent crime was found.
 

According to preliminary investigation data, on February 3, 2016 at about 23:00 in the yard of the house 33, Hoktemberyan Street, Aragatsavan village a row erupted between fellow villagers on parking the car in the mentioned place by A. Khamoyan which turned into brawl. In the result of other villagers’ interference the argument calmed down but after a while three of the participants two of which had hunting guns went to the entrance 4 of the house 31 of Hoktemberyan Street in “Mercedes Benz” where Khamoyan brothers, Galstyan brothers and other people were standing and fired shots with hunting guns towards them.
 

Artyom Khamoyan and Vardges Galstyan died at the site of firearm injuries they had sustained. Arman Khamoyan and Artsrun Galstyan sustained firearm-fractional blind injuries.
 

The persons involved in the incident, including those who were in “Mercedes Benz” were identified, the actions of each of them were personalized. In the result of searches conducted in the framework of the criminal case in the storage room of one of the participants’ flat a bullet of 9 mm caliber was found.
 

On the base of the sufficient evidence obtained during pretrial proceeding charge was pressed against 35 year-old S. Ghazaryan according to the Points 1, 6 and 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 104, the Part 1 of the Article 235 and the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code. A. Sargsyan was charged according to the Points 1, 6 and 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 38-104 and the Points 1, 4 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code. Detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.
 

Considering that the third person involved B. Nazaretyan escaped, the investigator made a decision to involve him as a defendant according to the Points 1, 6 and 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 104, the Points 1 and 4 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code. Search was declared against him.
 

The criminal case on the part of two defendants S. Ghazaryan and A. Sargsyan was seaparated as a separate proceeding, preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
 

The relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked to take measures to find B. Nazaretyan and bring him to the investigative body.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
