A criminal case initiated on contemptuous treatment to court
A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on contemptuous treatment to the Court of First Instance of Lori.
On the base of the materials prepared on the report of the judge of the Court of First Instance of Lori, Aghasi Mkoyan evidence were obtained on the fact that during the trial the father of the defendant in the criminal case, investigated pursuant to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code which is in the proceeding of the judge Aghasi Mkoyan, showed contemptuous treatment expressed in the insult of the judge with respect to the execution of official duties of the latter in the residence of Vanadzor of the Court of First Instance of Lori.

On March 29, 2015 a criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 3 of the Article 343 of RA Criminal Code. Preliminary investigation is under way.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
