A criminal case initiated on inflicting bodily injuries to two residents of Yerevan

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on inflicting bodily injuries to two residents of Yerevan on January 10.
 

On January 11, 2017 a call was received from “Astghik” medical center informing that Yerevan residents A. Sedrakyan, born in 1981, with a diagnosis of “cut-pierced wound on the back surface of the left thigh, firearm injury on the left back part” and R. Davtyan, born in 1986, with a diagnosis of “injury on apical region of the head and left temporal region, open fragmentary fracture of nose bone with displacement” were taken to medical center.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.
 

In the result of measures taken in the framework of the criminal case it was found that the injured were taken to medical center from the area near the houses 184 and 190 in Bashinjaghyan Street, Yerevan on the late evening of January 10. Through inspection bloodlike traces were found, samples were taken.
 

Necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to find all circumstances of the case, to find the person having committed the apparent crime.
