A criminal case initiated on inflicting firearm injuries to two persons
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on shots fired on January 26.
On January 26, 2016 a call was received from the medical center informing that A. Toroyan, born in 1969, and S. Grigoryan, born in 1980, with firearm injuries on the right leg and buttocks were taken to the medical center. In the result of the shots they were inflicted not penetrating bodily injuries.
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.
Necessary measures are taken to find all the circumstances, to identify the person having committed the apparent crime. Forensic medical examinations have been commissioned.
